Bed and Breakfast

The three large comfortable bedrooms all have ensuite bathrooms with power showers. The rooms also have hair dryers, wi-fi access, flat-screen televisions and DVD players (we have a large collection of DVDs which you are welcome to borrow during your stay). A selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, mineral water and fresh milk is always available. 

Carreg Las
This is a particularly spacious room with a 6ft super king-size bed, handmade by a local blacksmith. It also has an original Art Nouveau fireplace. The large bay windows give a panoramic view of the gardens and surrounding countryside.

Landsker
This is a large room with a 5ft king-size bed. Windows on two sides of the room give an excellent view of the gardens and surrounding countryside.

Roseberry
This room offers the flexibility of either a 6ft super king-size bed or two twin beds. The views from this room overlook the kitchen garden and onto neighbouring farmland, with sheep and cattle grazing. 

The House
Guests may come and go as they wish during the day, and also have the use of a comfortable sitting room with sofas and a wood burning stove. Curl up with a good book and a glass of wine, or maybe watch a DVD. 

Breakfast is served in the dining room, and as much as is practical, we buy from local suppliers. We serve a full cooked breakfast with free range eggs, local bacon and sausages, as well as cereals, toast, fruit and yogurts, fresh tea and coffee and a selection of fruit juices and herbal teas.

The house stands in two acres of gardens, surrounded by mature trees, rhododendrons and lawns. You are welcome to wander round any part of the garden, or just sit and relax. The garden is home to a wide variety of birds ranging from wrens to woodpeckers, and it’s not unusual to see buzzards and the occasional red kite.

We have a large parking area, and can offer garage space if required, whether for cars, bikes or any other outdoor kit. We also have facilities for washing and drying outdoor clothing and equipment, including mountain bikes.
