Breakfast menu

Breakfast is served in the dining room, and as much as is practical, we buy from local suppliers. We serve a full cooked breakfast with free range eggs from Waunfelen and award winning sausages and bacon from Bethesda Farm.

Typical breakfast menu - all ingredients are sourced from West Wales wherever possible.

Choice of pure squeezed orange juice or pressed apple juice
Freshly ground coffee
English breakfast tea, earl grey, green tea and a selection of fruit teas
Toast - bread from the local bakery
A selection of jams, marmalade and Pembrokeshire honey
Museli and other cereals - served with Daioni organic milk
Welsh farm yogurt
Fresh fruit salad
Full Welsh breakfast - sausages, bacon, tomato, mushroom, eggs (fried, scrambled or poached) and baked beans
Omelette
Porridge with organic maple syrup
